 A number of initiatives to make this all possible. They include:

1. Full sterilization of the kitchen working areas, storage, and walkways;

2. Outside orders from distributors received OUTSIDE;

3. Maximum number of people in pub is 86

4.Surfaces cleaned with sanitizer and/or bleach solution on regular schedules (kitchen, handles, small appliances, computers;

5. Regular food handling & cleaning practices as mandated by Dept of Agriculture Nova Scotia (Food permit & Inspection division);

6. Regular hand washing protocols.

7. Delivery is no contact. Food & drink in appropriate closed packaging will be dropped in a safe area and supervised until customer picks up.
